We at TJC – The Jewelry Creations take utmost care in ensuring the quality and safe delivery of our jewelry pieces. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re happy to assist you under the following terms:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 hours of receiving the parcel.

A parcel opening video is mandatory to claim any damage or wrong product received.

Requests made without an opening video will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges are applicable only if:

The product is damaged or wrong item received.

The product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.

2. Verification & Approval Process

Once the product reaches us, our quality check team will inspect it.

Refunds or exchanges will be approved only after successful verification.

If the item is found used, tampered, or incomplete, the refund or exchange will be denied.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes inspection.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during the original purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Color variation or minor irregularities due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects.
